Hello, and a heartfelt welcome)!
My name is Tatiana Tchernova, a certified image consultant and personal stylist with more than 25 years of professional experience. I have been running a personal image consulting business since 1998, helping clients refine their appearance, develop a confident personal style, and strengthen their self-presentation skills. My services include individual consultations, workshops, preparation and conducting beauty and fashion events, assisting for photo sessions and personal shopping.
I am also the creator and host of the Personal Image Enhancement Program © (2009–2026). My journey in styling began in 1998 with professional training at the international image consulting company Beauty for All Seasons in California. I worked with the company for 12 years, refining my professional skills and gaining invaluable experience. My mentor was Jill Wylot, the company's Creative Director and a passionate advocate of the personal color and style development.
I later completed the Image Consulting Program at George Brown College in Toronto, Canada, where my mentor was Karen Brunger, Director of the International Image Institute. I remain deeply grateful to my teachers for sharing their expertise and for shaping my creative and professional approach to image consulting.
While living in Toronto, I worked with women’s groups and international organizations, providing consultations, seminars and workshops on personal image and cultural adaptation for those settling in a new country. I also conducted classes on job interview preparation and professional self-presentation. My articles on style and self-care have been published in Canadian, Russian, Polish, and Ukrainian newspapers and magazines.
Since 2004, I have continued my work as an image consultant in the United States, conducting personal consultations, and workshops for women's groups. I also worked with major retail companies such as Lord & Taylor and Nordstrom, where I completed professional training programs in cosmetics, makeup, apparel brands, and sales strategies. My work has received awards and professional recognition in this field.
In 2009, I created and registered my proprietary Personal Image Enhancement Program ©, which includes individual consultations and educational seminars. The program is protected by copyright and accredited for professional development training.
In Florida, I actively worked with various social and women's groups, organizing and hosting beauty events in collaboration with spas and hair salons, as well as parties for teenage girls. I also volunteered in a nursing home, offering beauty hours. My work and educational programs have been featured in publications such as the Daily Sun (Florida), which covered my image classes at the Lifelong Learning College, as well as my personal journey as an image consultant.
In 2014, after returning to St-Petersburg, Russia due to family circumstances, I launched a special project for seniors titled “Beauty without Borders". Project has been presented through seminars, workshops and multiple beauty events to a wide range of audiences. These include parents of children with disabilities, program "The Respite Initiative", school principals from the city and nearby regions, participants in a municipal self-governance program, directors of local recreation centers, and representatives from city library districts. My seminar was also featured at the international women’s forum “East Meets West in St. Petersburg.”
I participated in runway show for seniors (Moscow and St. Petersburg) as both a stylist and a model. It was an inspiring experience that reinforced my belief that seniors have a timeless spirit and an enduring sense of style. A series of seminars was organized in collaboration with a federal information portal for retirees, along with sessions for various other organizations. Overall, the project has been very well received, earning strong positive feedback from participants as well as recognition from city administration officials.
My articles on image, style, fashion updates, and skincare have been published in glossy magazines. An article titled “The Art of Living” was published in a magazine of the St. Petersburg Institute of Social and Economic Studies and tells the story of my immigration and professional journey.
To provide the most modern and professional service possible, I continuously update my knowledge and skills. For me, every consultation and seminar is more than a service—it is a celebration of discovery, transformation, and renewed confidence.
I am grateful to my clients for their trust and for the wonderful feedback they share. Together, we make the world more colorful and joyful! Welcome abord!
